Values does not fall within the expected range

I am using Crystal 9 with microsoft GP. When I try to view the reports(more than 15 ata time) I get this error:Values does not fall within the expected range.

I tried Installing a cr90win_en patch but somehow i could not finish the installation on my webserver.
