XML Parser Error

Hi all,

I am getting following error -

"ERROR: Unable to initializing MSXML parser. It appears you do not have Microsoft XML parser 3.0 and/or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1(or greater) installed in your PC.............."


Platform I am using is Win 2003 server with IIs 6.0.

When I try to call Vb DLL through Asp page I am getting this error.
Dll is calling some exe which processes xml file and generates Pdf file.
The application is working when run other OS and causing problem only on 2003 server. When I tried Isolation mode property checked , the error was removed. Is there any other solution other than this?
