OK, this one is driving me *(!*@*$ batty. All the listview controls I am creating are coming out with the flat-style, plain white column headers, if the app is set to use the new WindowsXP visual styles. Sample:

This is, needless to say, very ugly. All I want is to either change the background color of the headers, or restore the old 'win9x' gray 3D style for the listview only.
I can find nothing at all to modify header colors or styles... any suggestions?
