I need everyone development application (client & Server)

This is program small, it is application between Client and Server. I trying to develop application. So, I non successful. I need your help.

You should remove any binary output (and intermediate files) from the rar file.

And, please explain exactly what you're having trouble with, how things are suppoed to work and so on...
