Hi friends!
I have no idea about web programming, and I would like to know which programs are used to edit web templates.
I downloaded some templetas from:
www.freewebtemplates.com
Just HTML and CSS, nothing of flash.
What do you recommend me?
Thank you very much.

All the links I am hitting, you have to purchase the template before you download it. If it gives you the HTML and CSS, why don't you just open it and edit it?

Thanks.
But, do you mean by hand? using notepad for instance?

Well, if you want to use notepad you can. I would personally recommend PHP Designer Personal 2007 (http://www.download.com/3000-20-10575026.html?part=undefined&subj=dl&tag=button). That will at least give you some color coding. If you don't want to touch the actual code and work with a design, you can use NVU (http://www.nvu.com/index.php). It is an open-source application similar to Dreamweaver in many respects.
