Suppress rows

I want to suppress rows using formula if any duplucate invoice_no found.

For example

Order Customer Amount InvoiceNO
1 100 100 7
2 200 1000 6
3 100 3000 7-- i want to supress this line
4 300 5000 8
5 200 500 7 -- i want to supress this line
