Access to Reports

Sorry for the newbie question. I have a need to share reports with non-Crystal users. I'd like for recipients to be able to access reports and refresh the data. Is is possible via web or a reader if the recipients don't have access to the databases? Or, is there automation contained with CR that will generate a report and email it on a schedule?

I don't have development resources to custom build anything (i.e. web portal). Any solution would have to be an add-on to Crystal or off-the-shelf. Thank you for your suggestions.

I have found that when using crystal to report off a sql database that users must be given at leat read write permission within the sql database, and in our case a viewer needed to be loaded on the client terminal to see the report.
