hi i found out about this dll. but i cant find any articles about it on msdn... (of the function references)..


where can i find good references about these functions i nthis dll???

Header should be in PlatformSDK.

Seems that i does not contain anything useful for developer.
Othwerways MS would give more inf. about this.
