Hi, I came across a nice tool called USBTester. It validates USB device (http://www.jungo.com/usb_device.html)s for USB compatibility, Chapter 9 conformance and mass storage (http://www.jungo.com/embedded_usb_mass_storage.html) functionality. Oh, it can also interface with an USB bus analyzer which is quite cool..
