Where do I get my Crystal Reports

Hello

I am using Visual Basic 6.0 and I do not have Crystal Reports.
Further I do not have crystl32.exe
But I do have .Net installed in my computer which has Crystal Reports, but it is very different from the original one.

My question
1. Can I create a report in .net and connect it in Visual Basic 6.0
2. Can I get free download of crystal report(i doubt it)
