Is this section for server testing too?

if this tester/testing forum is for testing servers from the outside, i want to know if
1. i can just host without a domain name, just my ip adress.
2. if my server actually serves without a domain name already.

I thought I already answered this question in another forum? Yes, you can host with just an IP and without a domain name. After all, in order to have a domain you must have an IP.

Neither of the two IPs you posted worked for me.
