proxy server setup

Hello all
I had installed a proxy server(ccproxy) in my college computer to give net access to my hostel computer. It worked fine but now I can't access net through it. I can't even ping that computer even if the computer is on. Someone please suggest what could have happened.

Ask the CCProxy people ( http://www.youngzsoft.net/ccproxy/faq.htm ). According to the FAQ, it doesn't support ping.
