Pviewer cannot find index

Whenever my machine is booted, I see the box
with 'Pviewer cannot find index' as the title.

Inside the box, I see Thread, Process Id liek that and I have to hit ok more than ten times for the box to disappear.
I donot have a running executable like pviewer.exe, but I see in the task manager/application as 'Pviewer cannot find index'

Any idea why this is happening ??

on taskmanager, click on the "pview... " item and right click and select "go to process". This will show the exe associated with the window in the processes tab
