Probably a difference in the "default" font size. In this case Font Sizes are relative "-2, -1, 0, 1 2". If your default is too large or too small, and you go off the scale, then the display can show up in the default size. In this case, it looks like the machine where you took the second screen shot has the default size set to one less than the original post.

I also have size=1 different for IE and Opera. You could also check size=0, might be interesting too :)
