Disable Ctrl Alt Delete

Does anyone know how to disable Ctl + Alt + delete. I have full admin rights and the pc is for a demo pc.

On Windows2003Server you might be able to create a user who may not shut-down/log-off/reboot, but I don't think you can prevent people from accessing Task Manager.

i had the code at one time, back on window 98. It was a hook that monitored ctl+alt+del
I dont have the code any more but I was wondering if someone had something like that for windows xp
