MATLAB .NET Builder für VC++.NET ?

I've a question about using .NET Components in VC++.NET:

- Is this possible at all?

Well, I'm trying to call compiled MATLAB-Code in VC++.NET.

If I want to use Matlab-Code in C#, I create a .NET Component with the Matlab .NET Builder and set the Reference to the .dll and then it works - but in VC++.NET ??

I hope there is one who know an answer :-).
