Moveable shapes in a picture box

Hi,

I have a picture box on a form, and on top of it I would like to draw a unfilled rectangle, which the user can move around within the picture box using the mouse.

I have never tried such a task before an am confused as to how I will go about doing it.

Any information on the steps I would go about achieving this would be great. If not pointing me in the right direction would be of great help.
