I am not sure if this belongs here, but I could not find anywhere else to put this post.

I have a serial RS232 bluetooth adapter that I need to communicate with. I have written a VC++ program that works with a USB bluetooth device and if the bluetooth device is installed, I can connect to the RS232 bluetooth adapter, but not if the RS232 device is the only one connected.

I thought that I could communicate with the RS232 bluetooth adapter using hyperterminal at least, but I do not have the default settings for this device nor do I know what the dip settings on the back of it are for though I think it might be for baud rate, but I am not sure.

Any ideas how to communicate with this thing. I don't really have any documentation for it and there is no name on it so I don't know who makes it.
