Crystal Report Tool bar images missing

I have an asp.net app running on the server. It has a crystal report viewer control. When accessed from within the network all the images on the crystal tool bar are displayed properly. But when accessed from outside the network, the images doesnt appear on the tool bar.

Anyone came acroos a similar situation. Please help !
