Drawing 2D help

Hi,

I want to draw a circle divided into four sectors. I have drawn a circle using DRAWELLIPSE method. But how to divide it like four sectors.

Later based on my option selection in a dropdown box, I should be able to color a particular sector alone.

It's very urgent.Can anyone give an sample code?.
