I am wanting to print a ledger report with Crystal Report 6.
I have given formulas to calculate total Debit & Credit side. and the balance depending on the credit and debit balance. It is on the Report Footer section. My intension is to print the balances at the end of the whole report.
Everything is working fine when there are records in the Database matching the criteria. Sometimes there are no records returned and only there is opening balance in the (Report Header Section). In that situation formulas that were at the report footer section are not get printed. The whole section is becoming blank. Only text are getting printed.
Any solution anyone can offer.
