Encoding speed is very slow on MDA device

Hi,

I checked the MS's CameraCapture sample code on MDA device
[WinCE PocketPC 5.0].
The encoding speed is very slow.
Please note that if I use the MDA's native camera then the encoding is enough fast.
Do you have any idea why this is happen?
