I’m new to crystal XI and if anyone can help me with this. I just build this report but need help to spilit the data from two rows to column. For instance,
ACTIVITY_DEF_DID is unique identifier for all the activities but each ACTIVITY_DEF_DID has different STEP_INSTANCES_ID and other field is Audit_Result (effective or ineffective). What I like to do is create a formula naming Initial Test Result and show the first STEP_INSTANCES_ID’s Audit_Result and create another formula name as Final Test Result and show the last STEP_INSTANCES_ID’s Audit_Result.
