Retrive data from two table in two fifferent msaccess database [Archive]

I have a two tables in two different MSAccess database so i want to retrive the data's from both the table by using sql query . but i do not know because the data in two database not one
Can any one help on this
please.

I AM USEING SQL STATEMENT WITH VB.NET2005

I want to retrive some fields from one table in the employee database and
other fields from other table in departement database.
