Looking for a programmer to make (or modify) a Windows application. I need the app to block certain sites as well as have a filter that blocks sites by keywords. The application should never be able to be removed or uninstalled. I have an app written already but I don't know how good it is and I need to add a few features; if you can modify it, great, or we can start from scratch.
