Customer Relationship Management Team Member

15 – 17 (Depending on Experience)

Major Duties:

This position is responsible for the day to day production support, configuration and testing of customer service related business applications. Individual will work with end users and team members on support, implementation, and optimization issues. The position may lead efforts associated with delivering additional customer service application solutions. The position will require some level of travel. (Up to 25%)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Configuration of the SAP’s Sales and Distribution module

Sales Order Processing

Billing

Credit

Accounts Receivable and Cash Application

Support and enhancement of credit card processing utilizing
Paymetric’s XIPay application

Support and enhancement of the Collections and Deductions processes utilizing Credit Strategies’ application

Identifying and resolving the root cause of day to day production issues

Collaboration with the business units to research, define and deploy new business process improvements

Developing functional specifications to support the deployment of custom functionality

Testing of changes through the customer relationship management application landscape from development to production which would include integration via EDI and web-enabled customer service transactions

Participate as a customer service functional team member on implementations of existing or new customer service functionality to the business units by translating business requirements into a functional design as well as coordinating and executing the development and implementation of the solution.

Lead the implementation efforts of existing or new customer service functionality to the business by gathering, defining and translating business requirements into a functional design as well as coordinating and executing the development, testing and implementation of the solution

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in IT or business/related field
Documented SAP implementation experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills to support the collaboration with the business units in delivering innovative and cost effective solutions

Experience

Grade 15 -

1-2 years of experience in business analysis, configuration or support of SAP in the above areas of responsibility

1-2 years of relevant business experience in the above areas of responsibility

Experience with managing small IT SAP projects

Grade 16 -

3-4 years of experience in business analysis, configuration or support of SAP in several of the above areas of responsibility

3-4 years of relevant business experience in the above areas of responsibility

Experience with managing IT SAP projects of medium complexity

Grade 17 -

5-7 years of experience in business analysis, configuration or support of SAP in many of the above areas of responsibility

5-7 years of relevant business experience in the above areas of responsibility

Experience with managing highly complex IT SAP projects
