Printing chars on exact location

I am trying to build a win application that would print on Lottery Tickets, and I can't find anywhere (Books, MSDN etc...) how can I print little X's on the ticket.
I need to be able to set the location and the size of all the X chars on the print, define ticket size and send to the printer.
Tried so much I hope any one here would help me.

I don't understand the problem. If you use the TextOut or DrawText functions you can specify the position of the text that should be drawn.
