[RESOLVED] All HTML components name,value in child page

hi,
In HTML, i am using components like textbox, textarea, combo box, radio button, check box..., in Parent HTML page, "i need the all components value and names in child HTML page" when a button is pressed in parent HTML page ( using javascript )
