VB.NET/SQL Server based web software provider seeks a full time senior/lead developer.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization from executive staff to non-technical end users while maintaining an ambitious development calendar with a strong reputation for on-time delivery and quick turnaround.
The position requires approximately 80% hands on coding in addition to project management and creative product input. Flexible attitude and out-of-the-box thinking is required to quickly respond to ever-changing priorities, while not losing track of the small details.
Our company offers a generous benefits package, casual work environment and a high degree of autonomy. Some after-hours and occasional overtime is required. Salary is DOE.
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in development including senior and/or lead developer positions
VB.NET experience
Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge

General Windows Server 2003 and networking knowledge
