I run a bulk vending business and have a hundred or so gumball machines out in various businesses. Right now I have use a single spreadsheet to manage all my locations, with each location on a seperate worksheet. On each spreadsheet I have the following information:
Name of location and address, date I last collected money from machine, and amount I collected, as well as type of machine at each location and the product in each machine.
I need help creating a database which will let me quickly enter and modify new locations as I get them, and also enter collection details for each machine each time I collect money.
I'd also like the machine to be able to print out a report of something like.. machines that have not been serviced in X number of days.
I only have about $50 to do this. I know its not much :(
