Description: We are looking for extraordinary software developers to join our team in Dallas. Successful candidates have a demonstrated track record of educational, professional, and personal achievement. He or she has an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science degree from a top-tier university and a deep understanding of the subject. Financial experience is not a prerequisite, but an interest in the application of technology to investment management is a must. Candidates should also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the difference between working smart and working hard.
Our developers are organized into small teams with independent prioritization and release schedules. Groups have the autonomy of small teams but the support structure of a larger development organization including automated nightly builds, dedicated QA testing, automated regression testing, etc. A very flat organizational structure allows for the opportunity to migrate across teams and broaden your business knowledge and experience. We build software on the Windows platform with a C++/MGC legacy base. New systems are built in C#.

Lakos/Meyers/GoF
Soft real-time, multi-threaded
