Hi All!. I will put the ORIGINAL description of the proyect in English:

This Engine has already somethings done, because two of our members (PhantomLord and I) have two tools, Socket-Engine and phantom-sdl, that simply some things of the proyect.
This proyect will be done with this things:

C++: Obviusly, the language
Lisp: I don`t know exactly, but I think I will do the AI in this script-language
DirectX/OpenGL: This two graphics will be necesary because the proyect will be crossplatform. If you are in Windows you can check what you like, but In Linux you can only run OGL.
Socket: The Socket it isn`t the WS, it is a socket. We don`t use the WSA.
SDL: This will be the GUI, but wi think to change to Qt Toolkit because it is very interisting.

The idea of the proyect is to run in All POXIS & All Windows x36, x64 (We will have to change oer code in the future from DX9 to DX10).
The proyect is going to be GNU, with a GPL and LGPL license. When the Proyect-Registration is finish, I will giva you the page ;)

Thanks for reading this,
Tavo

(Te respondo en Ingles porque es asi el foro)

Game Engine Proyect (The original name is PGE, Portable-Game-Engine), is a project to do a Game-Engine, I mean, for example, that if you don`t know how to start an Engine or you don`t have enough time to work on it. So, you download our project and you have and excellent Engine that is Crossplatform, and has features that could take one person a year of programming.

If its a game engine i reckon i'll require physics? What r u plannin to do for that use any free physics engine, or modify an opensource physics engine or create one from scratch?

And what about sound?

RapchikProgrammer -

Being that nobody had posted in this thread for a year, I'd say this project has puttered out. If you want to try to revive it, feel free.
