remove h2inc "option casemap:none"

I updated to using h2inc Microsoft (R) C to MASM Include File Translator 6.12a, and it adds:

option casemap :none

automaticaly, but I dont need it.
is there any switch to stop it from adding it? haha as if it does that, it breaks my build.
I really dont want to add another line to parse it out. :s
