Dear all,
what parameter should be used for INT10h to disable CRT refresh ?
( that is, CRT does not issue any memory cycle....)
Thanks !

There is no such option with set video mode via Int 10/AH=00h
In the famous Ralf's Brown list of interruptions, e.g. at http://www.ctyme.com/intr/int-10.htm, there are:
Int 10/AH=12h/BL=36h - VIDEO - ALTERNATE FUNCTION SELECT (PS, VGA) - VIDEO REFRESH CONTROL
Int 10/AH=12h/BL=A3h - Cirrus Logic BIOS - SET VGA REFRESH
Int 10/AH=12h/BL=AFh - Cirrus Logic BIOS - SET HIGH REFRESH
Int 10/AH=12h/BL=F1h - Tseng ET-4000 BIOS - GET/SET SCREEN REFRESH RATE
Int 10/AX=5F05h - Chips & Technologies '64300' BIOS - SET REFRESH RATE
