I am quite a new user to DirectShow applications and having recently started working on it I am facing some problems. I have downloaded the SDK to include dshow.h and its .lib files etc and have included it in my VC6.0 compiler directories. Also I have copy-pasted a small program from the MSDN help on directshow on how to play a .avi file. Now however when I compile the program it just keeps compiling and compiling, seems like it has hung up. I dont seem to be getting around it as there's not even a single error msg showing up. Any particular reason u can think of its behaviour, Please do let me know.
