ER modeling tool supporting attributes on relationships

Hi

I need a software tool that allows design attributes on relationships. I use Sybase PowerDesigner but it does not support that feature (well it have an ugly way to do it)

Firstly I interest for some free tool but a proposal for a commercial tool is also acceptable
