Hi Crystal Reports Gurus,
I am currently supporting an application written in VB6 and uses Crystal Reports v8.5.
There was a new requirement that I just needed to add a new 'section' on the .rpt. This new section is similar to some existing sections and suppress conditionally.
The new section and its similar sections contains only one text object with multiple lines (paragraphs).
My problem is that the report used to print double-sided on the existing printer but after my new section was inserted, it began to print single-sided. Now the application users has to manually set the printer settings to double-sided every time they wish to print.
What did I do wrong? The text object in the new section has even the same attributes as the other existing objects. Is there somewhere in the configurations or section or report settings that I can print double-sided by default?
Your wise input is most welcome.
Thanks,
