Urgent Query: Chaning image at runtime.?

hi guys ... i m using CRs 8.5 and i am having a problem with formatting/Chaning (u may say chaning location/Path of) a image ... moreover images path depends upon the field value papulated through DB ... how can i get the this field value and change the path of image ...

I dont think you can change the image according to the file path
