How to secure Crystal Reports?

Hi,

We have a Crystal Report Application Server which is used to publish reports on intranet for users.


Is it possible to set security settings such that certain reports can only be read or access by authorised personnel?

Eg: Finance payment advice should only be access by Finance staff, while Inventory reports should be open to Store and Inventory control personnel.

If you use front end application then show the report according to the permissions of the user
