You will be responsible for Business Development and Sales, we work in a team environment where you find the opportunities and our Recruiting team finds the candidates and provides you assistance. Our business model allows this because we serve a niche market. Your PRIMARY responsibility will be selliing our services.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Grow our business across multiple service lines
* Build relationships with clients
* Make cold colds and attend netorking events
* Understand client needs, drill down and determine what's important to them
* Coach clients through hiring process, including evaluating resumes, interviewing tips, and salary negotiations
* Maintain detailed and clean data in our client data system
* Use creative prospecting techniques to develop new leads
* Share and learn from others
Skills that will help you succeed:
* Sales experience
* Telemarketing experience
* Excellent communications - listening and talking, on the phone, email, IM, and in person
* Knack for Sales
* Love for team work
* Enthusiast about technology
* Understanding technical requirements
* Gauging technical ability
* Recruiting experience
* Experience as an IT professional
Compensation:
Compensation will 70% salary and 30% bonus based on gross profit. Your first 3 months you will not be eligible for bonus and will act primarily as a sales assistant. Afterwards if you have met your goals including passing training exams/ meeting performance goals/ executive review you will become eligible.
