Summary of Responsibilities:

You will not be responsible for Business Development or Sales, we work in a team environment where a Business Development agent finds the opportunities and our Sourcing and Broadcasting team support efforts to finding candidates and provide you assistance. Our business model allows this because we serve a niche market. Your PRIMARY responsibility will be of a Match Maker, matching candidates with the right job.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Build relationships with candidates
* Understand candidate needs, drill down and determine what's important to them
* Coach candidate through job search process, including resume writing, interviewing tips, relocation
* Determine candidate's technical abilities, through resume evaluation and phone screening
* Match candidates with RIGHT opportunities
* Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews, behavioral and technical, and perform reference checks
* Maintain detailed and clean candidate and job data in ATS system
* Find candidates searching internal ATS system (80%), resume banks (10%) and mining the web (10%)
* Use creative sourcing techniques for hard to find candidates
* Share and learn from other recruiters
* Support Business Development agent, by asking client the right technical questions to create detailed job description
* Create compelling and picture painting job descriptions.
* Build relationships with client's technical hiring managers, understand their culture and needs
* Pass potential business lead information onto Business Development agent

Compensation:

Compensation will 70% salary and 30% bonus based on gross profit. Your first 3 months you will not be eligible for bonus and will act primarily as a recruiter assistant. Afterwards if you have met your goals including passing training exams/ meeting performance goals/ executive review you will become eligible.
