What's the "SetHandleContext" function in Kernel32.dll? Exist? I Can't find it~

Hi All!
Yestoday I downloaded the source code of emule0.47a, I Complied it.
but the exe file can not execute.
the Error is "Can not find the entry of SenHandleContext in Kernel32.dll".
please help me or tell me what's the "SetHadleContext"?

remark:
Sys: win2000 sp4
I don't known the version of the file Kernel32.dll;
