why doesn't my avatar play the .gif file?...it has become static!

oh...why then do I not see it moving?...I mean the attachment does play it but the one near my id doesn't seem to...

oh ok...I get it...On Mozilla Firefox it gets 'static' after some time, but on IE it keeps playing...
