Learning C# .I understand that IIS is not packaged with XP home. How to install IIS in Xp home? Can it be done? If not how to test web applications? Any help appreciated.

As far as I know, you can't do it. Look at Cassini. It's an ASP.NET web server (written in C#) that will allow you to host .net pages...
