Help Needed!!!

Hi guys, i have an java application which runs fine on xp, and im trying to install it onto my phone.

Now, ive edited the manifest file and got the app to install fine. But it wont run. Im assuming there is a midlet file missing or something.

The app can be found here:

The phone im trying to get it to work on is:
Motorolla A1000

1)How hard is this to do?
2)Can anyone help get this to work please!!

I really dont know much about java programming so i am begging some guru to help me on this!!!

First, there are not all essential lines in your manifest file. Phones do not have default preferences your environment may have (MIDlet-1, MicroEdition-Configuration for example). And second, there must be a JAD file. Watch carefully for its coinside with manifest.
