Hi. I have a few questions i dont know how they really works and it would be appreciated if some one answeres.

1. Can you explain how a wireless network works? (also how is data sent)
2. What hardware components are needed to purchase to convert a ethernet LAN into a wireless LAN?
3. What software configurations are needed in Windows XP to configure the new components and configure the LAN?
5. What security issues are raised in a running a wireless LAN? How are these security issues addresses in Windows XP?
