Render 3D surface from the contours

Do anyone know how to render 3D surface from list of contours? if someone know about that please help me. Give me some code or algorithm

Do you literally mean the contours of an object or the wireframe? Do you know the contours or do you need to calculate them for an arbitrary geometrical object from an arbitrary point of view? And last but not least, what API are you using for displaying graphics in your program?
