When Running a Crystal Report within Action Request System Remedy. It out puts to word in print preview with multiple textboxes. The report is correctly setup in the print preview but if you go to the normal view all of the text boxes are one per line. This is more of a formating issue, I am not sure why there is what seems to be carage returns at the end of each of these text boxes. With a older version of Remedy it used Crystal Reports v8 with the current version it is using v9.
