I have developed a crystal report (8.5) which uses a cross tab. When I run the report on the web and choose excel as the output format, I have these issues.
1) Column Headings are not in position.
2) Row Headings are not in position.
3) Columns width remain the same instead of expanding according to the data.
When I say, Column headings, these are group headings. i.e For each plan, I have multiple columns (payout, Fte, target). Individual column headings (payout, fte,target) are displayed fine. But the Group heading i.e the plan name is shifting to the next group of the columns. Same case with the row headings. Probably it's because I have suppressed the row totals in the cross tab.
We installed latest versions of u2fxls.dll and u2sepv.dll. Still the above problems are not fixed. Any help is appreciated since our users are desparate to get this report.
