Hi,
We have a problem with one of our system which uses Crystal report.
We get LoadSaveException when we try to generate PDF reports. This problem could have been caused by a corrupted rpt, missing create permission on the temp folder used by ASPNET, .NET version conflict etc.
The application works fine on the development XP machine, but fails on the deployment machine which is a Windows 2003 server. The deployment machine is not under our control and the operation dept requires a report on possible reasons for this exception with the resolutions.
Can some body tell me what are the possible cause of this error, and what are the possible solutions for this problem.
